This policy explains how TMJ Digital ApS ("we", "us") handles personal data in our games, apps and on this website. Where an individual game or app processes data in a way not described here, its store listing or in-app notice describes it.

This website

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it against abuse.

Our games and apps

We only collect what a game or app needs to work. Depending on the product, this can include:

• Content you choose to share in a game session, such as a display name or photos you select. This is sent to the other players in that session and is not kept after the session ends unless the app says otherwise.
• Technical data needed to connect players, such as a temporary session ID and your IP address.
• Crash reports and basic diagnostics, used only to fix problems.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

Third parties

Purchases and downloads are handled by the store you use (Apple App Store, Google Play or Steam) under their own privacy policies. We use hosting providers, such as Cloudflare, to run our online services. They process data on our behalf and only as needed to provide the service.

Legal basis and retention

We process data to provide the game or app you asked to use (performance of a contract) and to keep our services secure and working (legitimate interest). We keep data only as long as needed for those purposes.

Children

Our products are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, and object to or restrict its processing. Email dev@tmjdigital.net. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), datatilsynet.dk.
